Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using ReplyPilot.pk, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. 2. Service Description ReplyPilot.pk allows you to: Connect multiple WhatsApp accounts Automate replies using AI (e.g., ChatGPT integration) Send bulk messages Manage customer interactions Schedule messages Create chatbot workflows Access APIs for automation Note: This service operates by connecting your WhatsApp Web session through your browser. We do not store or access your WhatsApp messages directly. 3. Disclaimer Regarding WhatsApp ReplyPilot.pk is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. 4. User Responsibilities By using this service, you agree: Not to use the platform for spamming, harassment, or sending unsolicited messages To comply with WhatsApp’s Terms of Service Not to engage in illegal, abusive, or harmful conduct using our tools To ensure the content of your messages complies with local laws and ethical standards Violation of these conditions may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice. 5. AI Usage & Limitations AI replies generated via OpenAI or similar providers are automated and not guaranteed to be 100% accurate, safe, or legally compliant. You are responsible for reviewing the content generated by the AI before using it in customer communications. 6. Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and WhatsApp QR sessions. Any activity that occurs under your account will be considered your responsibility. 7. Data Collection & Privacy We do not store WhatsApp message content. However, we may collect metadata (e.g., connection status, device ID, login logs) to ensure platform security and performance. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details. 8. Payment & Subscription Some features are available only to paid users. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. 9. Intellectual Property All software, branding, and platform designs (excluding WhatsApp) belong to ReplyPilot.pk or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written permission. 10. Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for: Any damage caused by misuse of the service WhatsApp account bans resulting from violations of their policies AI-generated content accuracy or appropriateness Use the platform at your own risk. 11. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violations of these terms or for legal or security reasons. 12.
